What can I request from the Whizzy application?

Whizzy is an application that provides the user with services and the delivery of anything from and to any place in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. You can also send products from your address or the address of your friend, other than the prohibited products according to the terms and conditions.

Can I track the service provider?

Whizzy application provides the service of tracking the service provider from the acceptance of the request till the receipt.

Who is the service provider?

The service providers registered in Whizzy have been carefully chosen in order to provide the services efficiently, quickly and to maintain privacy in order to achieve customer satisfaction.

Is the service available in my region?

The application is available in all the regions of the kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

How is the provider chosen to fulfill a request?

The request is sent to the nearest service provider to your location. The service provider will propose the service charges then waiting for the customer acceptances to fulfill the request.

How is the service cost calculated?

It is simple and easy! After sending your request the service provider will bet on your offer depending on the distance and the size of your items then it will be up to the customer to accept the offered price by the service providers.

What are the payment methods in Whizzy Application and when it is due?

Whizzy application is supporting “Mada” debit cards and credit cards. The application will be made a formal contract between the customer and the service provider with the full amount of the service fees that will be due after providing the service.

How can I cancel a request from Whizzy’s application?

Whizzy customers as well as the service provider may cancel the requests before starting the trip for free (Green zone). The Orange zone will start an hour before the requested time. The customer who cancels the request shall be charged 15% of the trip total cost (up to 15 Saudi Riyals Max). The Red zone will start after the service provider arrives at the destination. The customer who cancels the request shall be charged 20% of the trip total cost (up to 20 Saudi Riyals Max).
